How Can blood In Urine Along With Back Pain Be Treated?

Today I went to use the bathroom I urinated and I saw that some fleshy type of something came out of me it looked like a piece of flesh along with other small simular pieces all pink reddish in color. Not sure if it is related but soon after I had this moderate pain on my Right side towards my back. What could this be? My period is not due for another 2 weeks and for a week now I have been spotting with light discharge. Also I had a tubulligation 17 years ago I am 38 now and I believe I have A Right ovarian cyst?
